As a travel agent trying to get detailed info on the Goan resorts, i asked him how close is the beach from one of the resorts he was promoting. His answer was quick and witty "Varsha, if your guest jumps off the balcony from one of our seaview rooms, he will land in the sea..." It was hilarious. I thought very skeptically either this guy knows what he is talking about or trying to be funny and is trying to get the sale with his witty remarks. Well, he was right and he got the sale. After our first booking, when i checked with my guest to give me a feedback on Kenneth, and she said "Kenneth knows everything about Goa, he was quite helpful and he has a great sense of humour" ever since, we have been religiously using Kenneth for all our Goa requests. We know our guests are in safe hands with Kenneth. We don't have to worry at all. I wish we had a Kenneth everywhere we send our guests for a holiday. Thanks Kenneth!
