  2. I shopped with Krudle with recently and it was the
    worst online shopping expereince of my life.
    An item I ordered was out of stock, but becuse I ordered more tha one thing, I was told a direct refund wasn’t possible, and it was suggested I receive the money back via paypal, whch I don’t have, so I paid, but was then told the other item was dispatched anyway, and when I complained was told that the cancellation fee hadn’t been accepted becuase of this, but it took me 2 weeks of complaing at them until they eventually said I could re-order the second item and have the first payment fully refunded, and the whole time, they’re e-mails were very unhelpful and unproffessionally written with terrible grammer. I also had a problem tracjing the order, and they just kept repeating the same ‘advice’ over and over even though I told them it has not helped. When the item eventually did arrive, I did not think was of very good quality either. Although that is probably the maker’s fault, not theirs, but I will never be shopping with them again. They were advertising the item I was told was out of stock for ages after I was told they didn’t have it too.
