In a bid to showcase the talent of students and help them prepare for greater challenges, The Times of India will organize the BSNL ‘Big
Q’ 2009, the biggest all Goa inter school quiz next month. It is open to students from class VI to X.
Teams comprising two students each from a school may take part in the qualifying round on December 4 for South Goa and December 5 for North Goa. Teams that qualify will compete in the preliminary rounds, of which the top four teams will go for the final to be held on December 14 at NIO Auditorium, Dona Paula.
Teams that do not qualify will get participation certificates and the winning team will be awarded two laptop computers and a trophy. The first and the second runner-up teams will get trophies along with handy cams and digital cameras respectively. The audience too stands to win prizes.
