Goa court orders HDO to pay Zuari Ind Rs 23.27 cr

Zuari Industries Ltd has informed the BSE that the Court of the Additional Civil Judge, Senior Division at Vasco da Gama, Goa concerning the matter of Zuari Industries Ltd versus Hindustan Dorr-Oliver Ltd (HDO) & Grande Paroisse SA (GP) has been delivered in favour of Zuari Industries Ltd.

The court has ordered HDO to pay Rs 23.27 crore under service and supply contract and five per cent on the amount for losses suffered by Zuari Industries Ltd.
