Digambar Kamat today called on Deputy Chairman of Planning Commission of India, Dr. Montek Singh Ahluwalia and urged for Rs.1310 crore for Goa as special grants for development, National Games to be hosted in Goa, beach safety and Golden Jubliee celebration of Goa’s Liberation. He expressed hope that the Goa’s request will be considered by the Planning Commission which will give boost to the development of the state
