Smt.Pratibha Devisingh Patil, the President of India arrived today afternoon to Goa for her maiden four days visit to the state. She was awarded a warm welcome at the Dabolim airport by the Governor of Goa Dr. S.S.Sidhu, Shri. Digambar Kamat C.M of Goa and other dignitaries.

She will be honored by giving civic reception on 23 rd at N.I.O.on behalf of the State of Goa. On 24th she will be awarded honorary D.Lit.by Goa University.
