All small and big land owners from Goa should join togther and oppose this faschist mentality of few indivduals, who are deciding as what should be constructed /not constructed in someones ancestor land and in the process making land owner pauper by down degrading value of his property.

All stake owners should be given to present theie case.Indivduals and companies(Locals as well as outsiders) have purchaged the land falling in settlement zone as per old regional plan at very high price thereby benefitting locals.Now,locals after eating a cake are giving shit to this new buyers .Is it fair?Is it ethical?Is it catholic?
It is nothing short of communisam.Robbing reach for vote bank.

goa needs to be saved from greedy politicians who are blacmaling the people in the name of jobsjhave a look at the existing industries and tell me what percentage of goans are there in them.politicians will come,get rich and go ,what will we leave for the young kids who for no fault of theirs may be living as strangers in their own land amidst the concrte jungles

I say Save Goa but first save the World from invading Goans.

The biggest & most visible export from Goa is Goans themselves armed with their Portugese passports or generally just labour in the “Middle East” All these importing countries should Ban all Goans from settling there, buying property and protect their land from Goans… on the same lines that Goans want to protect theirs.

Old Goa is becoming a heaven for emmigrants like Keralites and others. There are huge construction projects coming up and sold to immigrants. Most of these immigrants come to Goa by taking jobs from recruitement consultants and on transfers. Then they start buying homes here. Oppsite the second petrol pump after the church there is a huge construction project going on where more than half the flats have been sold to people from outside.

The Tata Housing Project is leading to other houses coming up there . The Tata Housing is also resorting to tree cutting still. We must refuse construction licenses to Big Builders. These are people who can change the demography and culture of a place with just one mega project of around 500 flats.

Pls , can you stop the mangroves which are being filled up after the Kadamba Petrol Pump. The filling is taking place on both sides i.e on the Ribandar road and the road to Cortalim immediately after leaving Panaji.

well i am not aware of what actually constituates the regional plan ……..but i am aware of taht it is responsible for the development of the respective talukas included in the plan …….as much as i would love to see a better goa i wuold love to have it the way it is , the regional plan is all about creating housing example townships and better living standards with employment as far as i am concerned this is what i am aware of but i cant understand that as a resident of canacona where the government cannot provide electricity and housing n incentives for the present people residing in the respective localities how can they provide the same for the devastating flow of people from all over india …………coz i and all of goa knows for sure that the migrating people get the first prefrence coz they have the purchasing power n it mostly is carried out under the table all i want to say is first put the people first then the regional plan i may be wrong in this case or many cases i just want my goa to be safe coz its mine coz no matter where i may be i want to die in my GOA !!!!!! if there is anything wrong in the way i feel just let me know at andyjust_4_u@yahoo.com
