The Mumbai High Court at Panaji- Goa directed Goa Police to produce the draft of charge sheet to be filed against Vishwajit Rane, Health Minister in Goa Cabinet, in threatening to kill case on friday at 10.30 a.m.

The filing of charge sheet against Vishwajit Rane was being delayed by the Police for last many months. Intervening in the matter at the request of the Complainant Mr.Airies Rodriques the High Court issued the said order today.
