Finally, due to the pressure mounting on the Congress Govenrment in Goa, by the NGOs, the Church, Students of Goa and by the people of Goa, the Govenrment had to bow down for the cause of democracy in Goa by scraping the Regional Plan 2011 after the CLP and Cabinet meetings held today at the Goa Legislative Assembly.

Victory of Goans, Victory of Democracy!!

However, the keen Goans have to keep an eye on Mr. Pratapsingh Rane’s statement that “the new regional plan will be finalised within the next four months“. There must be something fishy in this statement as there are severe alligations of involvement in money making against his son Vishwajeet Rane.

It is also learned that, INC president Smt. Sonia Gandhi’s intervention in this issue has helped sorting this matter in the favour of the nature, democracy and rightful Goans.

  2. its an unofficial, decision taken by the cm pratap singh rane, becuase , firstly, his son were totally involved in currupting the goan people. secondly, all other congress mla wiil partipate to corrupt the state. and the most important is that , congress party, is really ready to kick the ass of goan people. and the most important is that they are not in a position to take the goan state in development mode. i can only tell to goan people that, congress are onlyready to eat money as much as they can. in may’s election, if u all are the goan then kick the ass of congress party…

    u’ll have once again shown tht unlike the rest of the country u don’t need to be hooligans but just need sheer will power and unity to make the government do wht it should be doing. u make us non-resident goans and people with goan origin residing in the rest of the country proud.
